We, Ningbo Baichen Medical Devices Co., Ltd., hereby issue a formal apology to Intco and the general public regarding the unauthorized use of video footage from Intco’s production facility and the improper addition of our company’s logo to said footage.

It has been verified that a promotional video previously displayed on our website (www.bcwheelchair.com) was created by copying and editing original footage from Intco’s production facility without permission, and by erroneously superimposing our company’s logo onto it. The video originated from Intco’s production facility, and Intco holds the copyright and all related legal rights to the material. We acknowledge this act of infringement and fully recognize that our conduct violated Intco’s legal rights, as well as the principles of integrity and intellectual property protection essential to business operations.

We extend our sincerest apologies to Intco for this matter.

We have permanently removed the infringing video and all associated web pages, and have deleted all remaining copies. We further solemnly pledge that, effective from the date of this statement, neither our company nor our affiliates will—in any manner—copy, edit, use, disseminate, or license to others any images, videos, technical data, or business information to which Intco holds rights. We accept full legal liability for any violation of this pledge.

经核实，本公司此前在公司网站（www.bcwheelchair.com)上展示的一段宣传视频，系未经江苏英科医疗制品有限公司许可，擅自复制、剪辑江苏英科医疗制品有限公司生产车间的原始视频画面，并错误地添加了本公司 Logo。该视频真实来源为江苏英科医疗制品有限公司的生产车间，其著作权及相关合法权益均归江苏英科医疗制品有限公司所有。本公司对此侵权行为予以确认，并深刻认识到该行为已侵害了英科公司的合法权益，违背了商业活动中应有的诚信与知识产权保护准则。

对此，本公司向江苏英科医疗制品有限公司致以最诚挚的歉意。

目前，本公司已彻底删除该侵权视频及所有相关展示页面，并清除了全部留存副本。本公司同时郑重承诺：自本声明发布之日起，本公司及关联方绝不以任何方式复制、剪辑、使用、传播、许可他人使用江苏英科医疗制品有限公司享有权利的任何图片、视频、技术资料或商业信息。如有违反，本公司愿依法承担一切责任。
